Working for students to ensure that they have the best higher education experience and, additionally, ensure that their interests and wellbeing are represented in public forums.
The purpose of this organisation is to enhance the learning experience of students through multiple different channels for a holistic experience.
Your New Role
As this organisation begins to expand, this role will be vital in coordinating different functions with the organisation - ensuring that all projects are completed and managed throughout the project life cycle.
Additionally, this role will involve working with a variety of different external stakeholders to help coordinate various parts of different projects to ensure that all projects are completed on time, on budget and to a high standard.
With a particular focus on the social aspect of students' wellbeing, this role will focus on incorporating a variety of different student-led social initiatives together and ensuring that they have the processes and procedures in place to support their successful operation.
Not having a direct relationship with higher education students,
this role works to support the student initiatives and needs from an administrative perspective.
Working in a small team, this role has a high level of autonomy and will allow the successful applicant to help the organisation make a positive impact on the community that they support.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Excellent communication skills and experience working with complex stakeholders
Knowledge of the project life cycle
Experience working in complex and agile environments
A solutions-focused mindset with solid problem-solving skills
Strong critical and analytical thinking skills
Experience of developing processes and procedures across an organisation
Detail-oriented
What You'll Get in Return
In return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of $60 - $65 per hour + super for a temporary contract until mid-December with the possibility of extension to a hybrid working environment based in Bundoora.
