Play a key role in shaping our performance across our InfraBuild Reinforcing business.
As our Victorian State Sales Manager, you'll own the delivery of InfraBuild Reinforcing's sales strategy across the state, and the performance of the Victorian sales team.
This is a senior leadership role where you can make an impact quickly.
You'll bring deep experience in the construction market and established Tier 1 client relationships you can put to work from day one.
Success means hitting your sales KPIs on budget, in close partnership with our Project Delivery, Commercial Management, Scheduling and Operations teams.
What you will be doing:
Lead, coach and develop our team of Account Managers
Grow InfraBuild Reinforcing's market position and share by deepening existing Tier 1 relationships
Build and maintain multi-tiered relationships with key customers, industry bodies and stakeholders
Identify projects, forecast budgets and shape the state business plan
Lead bid development, pricing and commercial negotiation

A strong and successful sales background within the building or construction industry
Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in negotiating and securing deals
Ability to develop and implement tactical sales plans to deliver against business objectives
A track record of leading high performing teams with a focus on coaching
Sound IT skills and experience using a CRM
