Job Description
Netcraft is seeking an APAC Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with customers across the APAC region from our Melbourne office on a hybrid basis, with in-office Mondays and Wednesdays.
You will renew and expand cybersecurity services, manage senior stakeholders, and travel periodically for customer visits and events.
You will need 3–4 years in account management, a proven renewal rate, Mandarin proficiency, and experience with CRM tools to support productive, high-touch
