We service a diverse range of industries, including mining, waste management, transport, oil & gas, manufacturing, construction, and agriculture.We specialise in delivering high-quality fluid power products and customized solutions that help our customers enhance efficiency and reliability in their operations.About the roleWe are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Internal Sales & Store team member to join our Kalgoorlie branch.This is a primarily internal sales and administration-focused role, supporting customers by phone and email while assisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of the branch.
You will also provide light stores support as required, including assisting with stock and customer collections.You will be a key point of contact for customers, providing responsive service, accurate product information, and practical support.Duties and responsibilities:Manage customer enquiries via phone, email and in personProvide product, pricing, stock availability and delivery informationProcess sales orders, quotations and general sales administrationBuild and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliersSupport account and order enquiries in line with branch processesProvide general administration support to the branch teamAssist with light stores duties, including customer collections,



stock handling and maintaining an organized store areaMaintain a strong commitment to safety, quality and company proceduresWho are you?
