What you'll be doing
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading Atturra's talent acquisition team and delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes across the business.
The role partners with business leaders and hiring managers to attract, engage and hire high-quality talent while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience, efficient recruitment processes and strong talent pipelines.
The Talent Acquisition Manager leads the day-to-day operations of the recruitment function, develops team capability and drives continuous improvement to support Atturra's growth objectives.
Strategic Leadership
Implement Talent Acquisition strategies and initiatives aligned to business objectives.
Partner with business leaders, hiring managers and People & Culture stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment advice to hiring managers.
Talent Acquisition Operations
Identify and implement opportunities to improve recruitment effectiveness and service delivery.
Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery across allocated business units.
Monitor recruitment KPIs, service levels and team performance to ensure hiring objectives are achieved.
Ensure recruitment processes deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
Manage relationships and performance of preferred recruitment suppliers.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, coach and develop the Talent Acquisition team to achieve individual and team objectives.
Build capability across sourcing, assessment, stakeholder management and recruitment best practices.
Support career development and succession planning within the Talent Acquisition team.
Employer Brand & Talent Attraction
Act as a key adviser on recruitment strategies, labour market trends, and talent attraction approaches.
Deliver employer branding and talent attraction initiatives aligned to the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
Drive proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent across key capability areas.
Promote inclusive hiring practices and support diversity and inclusion objectives.
Support employee referral and internal mobility programs.
Recruitment Technology & Analytics
Maximise utilisation of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
Produce and analyse recruitment reporting, metrics, and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Recommend and implement process improvements and technology enhancements to improve recruitment outcomes.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, privacy requirements, and internal governance standards.
Maintain recruitment policies, procedures, and documentation.
Manage recruitment risks and ensure ethical, fair, and consistent hiring practices.
What will make you successful in this role?
Skills, Experience & Qualifications




10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within technology, IT services, consulting, professional services, or other fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing Talent Acquisition teams, with a minimum of 5 years in a people leadership role.
Demonstrated success recruiting across Australia, New Zealand, and broader APAC markets, with an understanding of regional talent landscapes and employment practices.
Strong track record of managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units, consistently delivering against hiring plans and business objectives.
Exceptional stakeholder management and business partnering skills, with the ability to influence, challenge, and advise leaders at all levels of the organisation.
Expertise in developing proactive talent pipelines and implementing innovative sourcing strategies for critical, niche, and hard-to-fill roles.
Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors), recruitment technologies, and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, and other market-leading tools.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using recruitment metrics, market insights, and reporting to support data-driven decision‐making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication, coaching, organisational, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build credibility and foster strong partnerships across diverse stakeholder groups.
Commercially minded, with the ability to balance candidate experience, hiring manager expectations, recruitment governance, and business outcomes.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in workforce planning and talent pipelining.
Experience supporting business growth, organisational change, or transformation initiatives.
Knowledge of recruitment automation, AI-enabled sourcing, and emerging talent acquisition technologies.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
