Job Description
BHP, a global resources leader, is seeking a Manager Operational Readiness for Copper SA in Adelaide.
You will lead the development and governance of operational readiness strategies across a major copper portfolio, ensuring seamless handover, ramp-up and long‐term asset performance.
The role requires broad experience in project delivery, operations, maintenance or asset management with a focus on safety, continuous improvement and leadership.
