Keep abreast of changes in legislation/case law;
Provideupdates/training/legaleducation to partners/lawyers;
Conduct file audits/matter reviews;
Create+update precedents and firm's knowledgerepositories/intranet/internet;
Liaise with Client Services+IT teams to develop various legal technology platforms eg ediscovery and other automation platforms.

About the Candidate
Are an admitted lawyer +have minimum 5+ years' experience (no maximum seniority limit) in commercial litigation (preferably also with some insolvency litigation experience);
have strong legal drafting skills+ high attention to detail;
have had some experience in OR at least a keen interest in knowledge sharing/precedent development+legal technology applications;
are seeking a refreshing alternative legal career path.
