We are seeking a compassionateCommunity Physiotherapistto join our multidisciplinary team on a part time basis.
This role involves providingin‐home physiotherapy and pain management servicesto older Australians and people living with disabilities across Adelaide and surrounding suburbs.
You'll focus on improvingmobility, function, and independencethrough evidence‐based physiotherapy in a person‐centred environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in‐home mobility and functional assessments
Design and deliver individualised physiotherapy and reablement programs
Provide therapeutic massage and manual therapy for pain management
Implement strength, balance, and falls‐prevention programs
Educate clients and families on safe movement and injury prevention
Recommend assistive equipment as required
Collaborate with Care Managers, Nurses, and Support Workers
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
Qualifications




CurrentAHPRA registrationas a Physiotherapist
Experience incommunity, aged care, or rehabilitation settings
Competency inmanual therapy and therapeutic massage
CurrentDriver's Licence, Police Clearance, and reliable vehicle
Current First aid and CPR certificate
