Key Responsibilities
n
n
Clean and maintain the hygiene of commercial offices, hotels, schools, construction sites, and other commercial premises.
n
Vacuum, mop, and sanitise floors to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
n
Make beds and change bed linen.
n
Restock amenities and consumables.
n
Remove rubbish and empty waste bins.
n
Dust, polish, and clean furniture and fixtures.
n
Clean and sanitise bathrooms and ensure towels and linen are managed appropriately.
n
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel.
n




Work unsupervised and travel between sites.
n

Selection Criteria
n
n
Have completed a minimum of one year full-time experience in a similar role.
n
Completed a CPCWHS**** Prepare to work safely in the construction industry (white card).
n
Have an Australian Driver License.
n
n
Qualification and Experience
n
n
Have completed compulsory secondary education OR hold a relevant qualification equivalent to an AQF Certificate I.
n
Be willing to commit to a full-time position in the Northern Territory including in remote communities.
n
n
Preferred Qualifications (not compulsory)
n
n
Experience working in construction environments and the ability to meet WH&S; requirements (e.g. read/understand SWMS, risk assessments, SDS)
n
Experience in remote communities, including at schools, road houses, out-back stations.
n
Experience with carpet and upholstery machines
n
Experience utilising floor cleaning machines (e.g. buffers/scrubbers)
n
n
Pay: $68,****** – $75,****** per year
