Fitter – Level 4 | Hydraulic Experience
n
We're seeking a highly skilled Fitter – Level 4 with strong hydraulic experience to join our client's team in Pakenham, VIC.
n
This is a hands-on role for an experienced fitter who can confidently diagnose, maintain, repair and troubleshoot complex hydraulic and mechanical systems with minimal supervision.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n

Diagnose, repair and maintain hydraulic and mechanical systems
n
Troubleshoot complex hydraulic faults and machinery issues
n
Install and commission hydraulic components and equipment
n
Read and interpret hydraulic and mechanical drawings
n
Carry out preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
n




Perform fitting, assembly and mechanical repair work
n
Identify faults and recommend appropriate repairs
n
Work independently and support other trades where required
n
Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
n
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
n
n
About You:
n
n
Extensive experience as a Fitter – Level 4
n
Strong hydraulic experience is essential
n
Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems, components and fault finding
n
Robust mechanical and problem-solving skills
n
Confident reading hydraulic and mechanical drawings
n
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
n
