Job Description
Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) is a consortium comprising of industry leading Tier 1 organisations – John Holland, Service Stream and WSP. We are helping our client, Sydney Water, to deliver a $34 billion dollar program over a 10-year contract, providing design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services across their southern region - from Bondi to Gerringong, and out to the Georges River National Park

About the opportunity
n

You'll be based onsite at Bondi Treatment Plant, bringing people, materials, equipment and priorities together so maintenance work is planned safely, efficiently and effectively.

Coordinate planned and preventative maintenance programs for the Operations Maintenance Team and subcontractors.
n
Build and drive weekly and monthly work schedules, keeping safety, contract KPIs and delivery timeframes front of mind.
n
Work closely with D4C, Sydney Water and subcontractor stakeholders to prioritise requests and ensure maintenance tasks are attended to promptly.
n
Plan each job end to end, confirming site access, materials, labour, specialist subcontractors and equipment are ready when needed.
n
Arrange specialist equipment for priority work orders, including vacuum trucks, bypass pumps, generators, cranes and gas specialists.
n
Prepare labour-hour, material and subcontractor cost estimates for work orders.
n
Use maintenance management systems effectively and keep records accurate, accessible and easy to retrieve.
n
Monitor contract vehicles and mobile plant maintenance, escalating discrepancies to the Maintenance Manager.
n
Identify opportunities to improve preventative maintenance, contract performance and self-delivery of maintenance tasks.
n
Provide coverage to Sydney Water's Emergency Control Centre during triggered 24/7 wet-weather events when required.

About you
n
n
Experience in a similar planning or scheduling role within maintenance - Water industry experience is highly regarded.
n
A calm, practical approach to problem-solving in high-pressure situations.
n
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective response strategies.
n
Sound knowledge of computerised maintenance management systems.
n
Experience working within clearly defined quality requirements.
n
Proficiency across Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
n
n
