About the Role
n
As a Plant Technician, you'll play an important role in the safe and efficient production of asphalt at our Rosehill facility.
n
Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll receive training and support while developing valuable skills in plant operations and manufacturing.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Assisting with the safe production and manufacture of asphalt
n
Operating mobile plant and equipment
n
Conducting basic maintenance and housekeeping activities
n
Monitoring production processes and maintaining quality standards
n
Working safely and following operational procedures at all times
n
Supporting plant operations across day and night shifts
n
Contributing to a positive, team-focused culture
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
We're more interested in your attitude and potential than extensive industry experience.

A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
n
Strong reliability and commitment to attendance
n
A valid driver's licence and reliable transport
n
Flexibility to work day and night shifts as required
n
A mechanical aptitude or interest in hands-on work
n
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
n
Basic technology skills and confidence learning new systems
n
A strong commitment to safety
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
Trade background or trade-related experience
n
Experience within a manufacturing environment
n
Front End Loader, Skid Steer, Forklift or other mobile plant experience
n
White Card
n
n
Recent Year 12 school leavers, trade assistants, labourers and candidates seeking a long-term career pathway are strongly encouraged to apply.
