Job Description
Scope is seeking a dedicated support worker to provide person-centred care for clients in our Hornsby SIL residence. The role focuses on males with complex mental health needs, delivering high-care and psychosocial support with dignity and rapport.

Applicants should be comfortable adhering to care plans, using IT for reporting, and building independent living skills in a 24/7 roster. A car and NSW license are required.
