Hunter New England Health is seeking an Aboriginal Health Worker based at Moree Community Health Service. You will work with the VAN Service, Aboriginal Health Unit and other health professionals to provide culturally protected, trauma-informed support, advocacy, and case coordination within Aboriginal communities.

You'll develop safety plans, connect families with essential services, and participate in community education and health promotion while collaborating with local organisations.
