Job Description
Compass Institute Inc in Nambour, Queensland, is seeking a Coordinator for the Employability Skills Program (ESP). Based at our current Nambour Centre, you will lead day-to-day delivery, mentor staff, and build opportunities for Trainees to gain work-ready skills and employment.

You will develop individual plans, engage with employers, training providers and community organisations, and monitor progress toward meaningful employment goals for participants with intellectual disabilities.
