KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n
n
Demand Planning & Forecasting: Proactively manage forecasting, demand planning and purchase orders to support target back-order rates.
n
Inventory Management: Ensure inventory is managed cost effectively to meet internal and external customer delivery and quality requirements.
n
Stakeholder Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
n
Inventory Analysis & Optimisation: Facilitate end-to-end inventory management, including analysing inventory performance, participating in stocktakes, investigating solutions, and providing inventory optimisation reports.
n
Procurement & Supplier Management: Order hardware, consumables, spare parts and software from local and overseas suppliers,
ensuring cost-effective purchasing and product availability to meet business needs.
n
Continuous Improvement: Proactively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, supporting the development and evolution of company functions, projects and programs.

ABOUT YOU
n
n
A keen interest in Supply Chain and Procurement with an eagerness to learn
n
Experience using Business Central (BC) is preferred
n
Finance and administration experience beneficial
n
Demonstrated a high standard of attention to detail
n
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, handle competing priorities, meet deadlines, and manage activities through to completion.
n
Positive communication skills with the ability to negotiate and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders.
n
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Dynamics 365
n
n
