Bayley House is seeking Casual Residential Support Workers to assist adults with intellectual disability in our residential services. You will provide person-centred support to promote independence, dignity, and participation in daily living and community activities.

The role involves working across a range of shifts including morning, afternoon/evening, weekend and public holidays, with casual loading and applicable penalty rates. NPIs and safety policies apply.
