ANZUK is supporting a fantastic service in Sydney's beautiful Shire region in their search for an experienced Educational Leader to join the team.
n
You will be a strong leader who enjoys mentoring through role modelling best practice and empowering your teams. You will also enjoy spending 1-1 time with educators and teachers, getting to their individual teachingand learning styles.
n
The centre is looking for a confident and passionate mentor, with strong pedagogical knowledge and someone who promotes a culture of collaboration and accountability.
n
You will be someone who celebrates the wins – big or small – and is dedicated to looking after your team's wellbeing.
n
You will benefit from working closely with a highly experienced management team to develop and deliver high quality programs throughout the service.

of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA assessed equivalent). Experienced Diploma candidates are also welcome to apply.

NESA Accreditation (if ECT)
n
Full working rights in Australia, with no working restrictions
n
A minimum of 2 years experience in an Educational Leader role
n
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
n
Team mentality

Genuine passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences and care to children
n
Valid Working With Children's Check
n
Completed GECCKO training
n
Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis certifications
n
