About the Opportunity
n
We're looking for a people-first leader to join our Housekeeping team as a Supervisor. In this role, your priority will be to lead, support and develop your team of Room Attendants, creating a positive, respectful and inclusive environment where people feel valued and motivated to do their best work.
n
No housekeeping or resort operations experience is necessary. What matters most is your ability to lead with empathy, build strong relationships and bring out the best in others. You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the department while ensuring high service standards are consistently delivered.

Key responsibilities will include:
n
n
Lead and support the Room Attendant team, ensuring a positive, safe and collaborative team environment
n
Deliver hands-on, approachable leadership, coaching team members and recognising great performance
n
Support daily operations to ensure rooms and public areas are presented to a high standard
n
Assist with team rostering, onboarding and development of housekeeping team members
n
Support the training and ongoing development of team members, helping build skills, capability and confidence.
n
Respond to daily operational needs and support the Housekeeping Manager in driving team success
n
Foster a culture of accountability, care and continuous improvement
n
n
What you'll need to be successful
n

Are a solid people leader who leads with empathy, respect and fairness
n
Have experience leading teams and creating a positive team culture
n
Communicate clearly and build strong working relationships across all levels
n
Enjoy coaching, developing and supporting others to succeed
n
Can confidently manage priorities, problem-solve and adapt to changing needs
n
Bring a hands-on approach and lead by example
n
Previous housekeeping or hotel/resort experience is advantageous, but not essential
n
Full working rights in Australia (essential)

Valid Australian driver's licence (essential)
