About the role .
n
The Regional Sales Director (Financial Services), Australia & New Zealand (RSDFS) leads the origination stage of the client lifecycle, generating qualified opportunities through structured partner channels, targeted outreach, and high-impact events. In parallel, the RSDFS role is to ensure full alignment of business development and sales activity across service lines within the ANZ market and integration into the broader Group commercial framework.

In ANZ, the role holds accountability for sales and business development performance spanning three service lines,



Corporate Advisory Services, Debt Advisory Services and Fund Services. This includes oversight of pipeline development across these service lines, strengthening referral alliances, enhancing brand visibility, representing Acclime at key industry forums, and delivering disciplined performance reporting to the Regional Managing Director, Australia & New Zealand (RMD), and Group Commercial Director.

The role further supports cross-border financial services business development initiatives between Australia and Recent Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Dubai. This role forms part of the fortnightly Group Sales Leadership calls, working alongside their Regional Sales Directors for ASEAN, North Asia, and India & the Middle East.
