The Role
n
This is an exciting chance to manage our highly rated dental centre in Caringbah. As a Dental Coordinator, you will be responsible for the ongoing success of the dental practice and will have the opportunity to grow as a leader.
n
The Responsibilities
n
n
Manage the efficient running of day-to-day operations of the dental centre
n
Support dentists at the centre and lead a team of dental assistants
n
Implement initiatives to improve customer service and patient retention
n
Uphold high levels of customer service and ensure excellence in patient care
n
Proactively and efficiently book patient appointments, collect money owing, order supplies and coordinate logistics for lab work
n
Follow-up with patients on appointments and make post treatment care calls
n
Build a rapport with patients and dentists. Manage any concerns in a timely and respectful manner
n
Work within the approved budget and implements cost‐saving measures
n
Maintain infection control and WHS requirements for the dental centre
n
Interview and select exceptional candidates to join the team, when required
n
Ensure the dental business maintains its accreditation and adheres to the quality management framework
n
Maintain the front-office in a neat and presentable manner.
n
Escalate repair and maintenance issues with applicable centre support team members (including technology, facilities etc.)
n
Actively participate in internal initiatives and team challenges
n
Most importantly, be the glue that holds the centre together
n

About you
n
A team player who is friendly, enthusiastic, and self‐motivated with a customer‐first attitude and driven by kindness, integrity, and respect.

Additionally, you must have
n
n
Knowledge of D4W Software
n
Past exposure in the dental industry
n
Extensive experience in exceptional customer service
n
Experience in preparing staff rosters
n
Great time management skills and highly organised
n
Understanding of infection control procedures
n
Excellent communication skills
n
An ability to handle pressure and multi-task
n
n
