Culture Kings is seeking a Head of Retail Sales & Operations based in Queensland, Australia.
You will drive national retail sales across nine ANZ stores, owning payroll-to-sales, shrink, and inventory governance, while building leadership and preparing for current store openings.
Reporting to the VP of Commercial & GTM, you will deliver weekly to quarterly performance reports and collaborate with Finance, P&C; and Merch Planning on strategic initiatives to sustain growth and brand excellence.
