We are currently working with an established mechanical contractor is looking for an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join their team, working across a strong pipeline of commercial construction & fit out projects.
This is a genuine opportunity for someone with solid commercial HVAC/mechanical estimating experience to step into a role with a reputable contractor and competitive package.
The Role
Estimate and tender commercial mechanical/HVAC projects
Review drawings, specifications and scopes
Prepare accurate labour, material and subcontractor pricing
Engage with suppliers and subcontractors throughout the tender process
Identify project risks, opportunities and value-engineering options
Work closely with the project and management teams
About You




Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator
Strong commercial HVAC/mechanical services background
Experience pricing commercial construction projects
Strong understanding of mechanical services, costs and construction methodologies
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
