You will train staff, develop CDI credentials, and organize training events while mentoring apprentices and technicians.
Remote and field support for diagnosis and repair will be part of the role.
You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of John Deere equipment and Precision Ag tech and communicate bulletins and DTAC/DPAC solutions across branches.
