Wesley College Melbourne, a school of the Uniting Church, established in ****, is one of Australia's leading and most respected co-educational independent schools.

Wesley College is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant – Curriculum to join our team.
This full-time, fixed-term position (minimum 12 months) provides administrative, communication, and organisational support for the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, as well as teaching and learning initiatives across the College.
Working closely with the Director of Learning, IB Diploma Programme leadership team and Campus Heads of Teaching and Learning, the role supports examinations, curriculum meetings and events, communications, record management,
expenditure monitoring and travel arrangements.
The successful candidate will have excellent administrative and organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
They will be a collaborative and reliable team member who communicates effectively and uses initiative and discretion.
Applicants are required to hold a valid WWCC and provide a National Police Check.
