We are currently seeking aFull-Time Receptionist at our store in MtGravatt, Brisbane.
Key responsibilities for these roles include:
First point of contact with customers
Cash handling and processing payments
General phone enquires and call distribution
Customer enquiries
General sales enquiries
Data entry
Filing
Click & Collect
We are looking for people who:
Have previous experience in customer service, retail or hospitality
Have the ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging workplace whilst maintaining a high level of customer service is a must
Ability to communicate with people on all levels
Able to work in a team environment
Previous experience will be highly regarded, however is not essential
The successful applicants will maintain a friendly and efficient manner with a professional approach to customer service
An interest intechnology would be an advantage
Work hours
Full flexibility required, including weekends and Thursday evenings
