What we are looking for:
We're seeking a commercially minded Senior Finance BusinessPartner to support Costa across our Citrus operations in Emerald, Queensland.
Thisrole will provide high-quality financial analysis, reporting and commercialsupport across both our farming and pack shed operations, helping operationalleaders make informed business decisions around production, labour, costcontrol, efficiency and overall business performance.
This is a hands-on business partnering role, where you'llwork closely with farm, pack shed and administration teams to translatefinancial and operational data into clear, practical insights.
You'll supportbudgeting, forecasting and performance reporting, providing valuable visibilityacross costs, yields, throughput, labour productivity and key operationaldrivers.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working withoperational teams, can build strong relationships with non-financestakeholders,



and is comfortable working in a fast-paced agriculturalenvironment where accuracy, commercial insight and timely reporting arecritical.
Experience in horticulture, agriculture, agribusiness, foodproduction, manufacturing or FMCG environments would be highly regarded.
This role is full time and ideally based in office in Emerald,however we are open to Queensland-based remote candidates who can commit toregular travel to Emerald, either driving into Emerald from a nearby locationlike Rockhampton or Mackay or through direct flights between Brisbane andEmerald.
What you'll do:
Prepare weekly and monthly financial reporting,including scorecards, KPI reports, forecasting and cost tracking.
Partner with farm operations teams to monitoryield performance, harvest costs, labour productivity and input costs.
Analyse financial and operational data,including sales, harvest, production costs and crop performance trends.
Translate financial information into clearcommercial insights and recommendations for operational leaders.
Support budgeting, forecasting and continuousimprovement initiatives across reporting, controls and processes.
What you'll bring:
A finance degree, ideally with CPA or CAqualification.
Experience in horticulture, agriculture,agribusiness, food production, fresh produce or FMCG would be highly regarded.
Experience in a similar finance, accounting orbusiness partnering role, ideally supporting managers and operationalstakeholders.
Robust analytical capability, with experience inbudgeting, cyclical reporting and interpreting key business drivers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills,particularly when working with non-finance teams.
