Infinite Aged Care is seeking a Rostering & Staffing Specialist to join our Windsor care home's Operational team.
This full‐time, site‐based role leads front‐line rostering across shifts, backfills and recent requests, ensuring smooth daily staffing.
You will partner with the workforce optimisation function, manage fortnightly allocations, train staff on timekeeping, protect confidential information and support continuous improvement to deliver outstanding resident care.
