About the Function
Supply Chain & Manufacturing is where our brands are made, moved and delivered to the world.
With over half of our people working across more than 100 sites, this is a complex, large-scale operation that brings together production, logistics, engineering and supplier partnerships.
It's fast-paced and hands-on, with teams working together to ensure quality, efficiency and sustainability at every stage.
From sourcing ingredients to getting products into customers' hands, you'll play a role in delivering the brands people know and love.
About the Role
The Third-Party Operations & Bulk Store Manager leads Diageo Australia's external manufacturing network, ensuring partners deliver safe, reliable, high-quality and cost-effective products to customers.
The role also leads the Liquid Bulk team at Huntingwood, connecting internal operations with third-party manufacturing partners to strengthen supply resilience and performance.
Working across Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, Quality and Commercial, you'll drive operational excellence, continuous improvement and strategic initiatives across the network.
Role Responsibilities
Lead the performance and operational governance of third-party manufacturing partners across safety, quality, service, cost and sustainability.
Lead and develop the Huntingwood Liquid Bulk team, ensuring safe, effective and reliable day-to-day operations.
Build strong partnerships with external manufacturers and internal stakeholders to align capacity, supply plans, service requirements and business priorities.
Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence using Lean, Six Sigma and structured problem-solving methodologies.
Lead strategic projects including product transfers, network optimisation, capacity improvements, productivity and cost-saving initiatives.




Identify supply and operational risks, develop mitigation plans and strengthen business continuity across the external manufacturing network.
Champion accountability, collaboration and a continuous improvement culture, using performance data and KPIs to drive better outcomes.
Experience / Skills Required
8+ years' experience in FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain or related operational environments, with strong exposure to third-party / external manufacturing.
Proven experience leading manufacturing operations and working with external manufacturing partners or co-manufacturers.
Strong understanding of supply planning, manufacturing performance, operational excellence and end-to-end supply chain.
Demonstrated experience delivering Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma or similar operational excellence initiatives.
Experience leading complex projects, business transformation, change initiatives or network optimisation.
Strong commercial, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate operational performance into business outcomes.
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to lead teams and build trusted partnerships across internal and external stakeholders.
