HammondCare is seeking a Workplace Coach to join the People and Learning Team at Horsley.
This permanent part time role (22.8 hours over 3 days) focuses on empowering specialised carers to operationalise HammondCare Principles of Care.
You will work with the Residential and Learning teams to drive coaching, mentoring and targeted learning interventions.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of carer experience in Australian aged care, proven coaching ability, and a commitment to ongoing
