You'll combine solid IAM expertise with service ownership, technical problem-solving and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end Identity Services capability, including SLAs, risks, incidents and continual improvement
Provide technical leadership across Microsoft Entra ID, One Identity PAM, MIM, Active Directory, PKI and cloud identity
Lead complex technical escalations, major incidents and identity-related risks
Support architects and project teams with technical guidance and solution input
