In the role of
Business Banking Manager 3 Broker
, you will join the
Regional & Agribusiness team
, contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers.
You'll make an impact each day by:
Assess economic value and risk potential of new business
Liaise with commercial brokers to manage customer relationships
Educate customers about their business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth
Proactively leveraging networks of internal and external contacts to help identify new referral opportunities
Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in my local market
Talk to customers about their proposed annual business plans
Prepare and submit customer lending proposals
You'll bring to this role:




Strong prior demonstrated experience within business banking and/or credit assessment.
Comprehensive understanding of business and commercial practices with significant emphasis on sales, lending, credit assessment and control experience.
Proven track record of quickly establishing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally.
A commitment to robust risk culture, conduct and compliance risk.
