ACCIONA is seeking a Land Transaction Manager to coordinate land and easement transactions for major electricity transmission infrastructure in Victoria.
Reporting to the Land Access & Engagement Lead, you will manage property transactions, liaise with landholders, legal advisers, valuers and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and compliant governance.
The role focuses on coordinating access agreements, licences and acquisitions, while maintaining robust property records and risk
