Rockpool Residential Aged Care in Brisbane is seeking a Community Leader (Registered Nurse) to provide day-to-day clinical and operational leadership for a defined resident community at Northshore Hamilton home.
You will manage a frontline team of RNs and Personal Care Workers, drive person-centred care and support quality, safety and resident wellbeing.
