With a high-profile office fit-out project located in the heart of the CBD, this chance will see you working alongside an experienced project delivery team to deliver a quality outcome for a prestigious client.

Your New Role:
n
As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day site management of a commercial office fit-out project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on program and to the highest quality standards.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Managing and coordinating subcontractors on site
n
Driving project program and achieving key milestones
n
Overseeing site safety and ensuring WHS compliance
n
Conducting toolbox talks, inductions and site inspections
n
Managing site logistics, deliveries and access requirements
n
Monitoring quality assurance and defect management
n
Liaising with clients, consultants and building management
n




Maintaining daily site records and progress reporting
n
Supporting project completion and handover activities
n
n
What You'll Need to Succeed:
n
n
Proven experience supervising commercial office fit-out projects
n
Strong understanding of commercial interiors, finishes and services coordination
n
Experience managing multiple trades within fast-paced environments
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Sound understanding of WHS legislation and site compliance requirements
n
Ability to work autonomously and proactively solve problems
n
White Card (essential)
n
First Aid Certificate and trade background highly regarded
n
Procore experience
n
n
