Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Team Leaders and Porting Consultants.
Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability, customer outcomes and continuous improvement.
Facilitate successful cross training of staff members across all brands and systems to leverage scale of the team across all Symbio wholesale products
Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives that support team performance and retention.
Manage workforce planning to ensure appropriate capacity and capability to meet business demand.
Porting Operations
Lead the day-to-day management of number porting activities.
Manage complex, high-value, bulk, and enterprise porting projects.
Monitor porting volumes, workload distribution, and service levels.
Oversee escalation management and resolution of porting issues.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
Act as the primary escalation point for carrier-related porting matters.
Monitor carrier performance and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
Optimise porting operations on all aspects to provide a class leading porting services to our customers
Customer Experience & Stakeholder Management
Ensure a seamless and positive porting experience for wholesale partners and customers.
Manage escalations involving failed, delayed, or disputed ports.
Collaborate with Account Management, Customer Success, and Provisioning teams to improve service delivery.
Implement proactive communication processes for customers during porting projects.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate porting processes.
Analyse operational metrics and implement efficiency improvements.
Develop reporting dashboards and operational insights.
Drive continuous improvement programs across provisioning and porting functions.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
Ensure adherence to telecommunications industry regulations, contractual obligations and internal policies.
Identify and manage operational risks impacting service delivery.
Ensure accurate documentation of provisioning processes and procedures.
Aussie Broadband is an Australian operated telecommunications company that was formed in **** and is based in Morwell Victoria, Australia.
The company's main focus is nbnTM (NBN) subscription plans and bundles to residential homes, small businesses, not-for-profits, corporate/enterprise and managed service providers.
As a licensed carrier, the company provides these services through a wholesale agreement with NBN Co, a mix of leased backhaul infrastructure from third parties and its own network equipment.
The company also offers a range of other telecommunications services including VoIP, mobile plans and handsets, entertainment bundles through its partnership with Fetch TV and connections through its own fibre, the OptiComm network and its white label platform.
With its acquisition of Over the Wire, the company is also a Tier 1 voice provider, and offers a range of tailored cloud, connect and collaborate solutions to business, government and enterprise customers.
