role where you will lead a team of cleaners to ensure that the cleanliness of the facility is maintained to a high standard along with ongoing development of our services.
Reporting to the Manager, you will use your cleaning experience to deliver:
Daily cleaning within nonproduction setting
Provide cleaning services on the sites as per contractual requirements to ensure continued customer satisfaction
Visual inspections and audits of the facility
Planning and coordinating effective cleaning activities with the team
Scheduling rosters to ensure continuity of service
Training team members including conducting safety meetings and coaching as required
Positive and helpful interactions with our client
To be considered for this role you must have:
Previous experience in commercial cleaning
Ability and experience to use cleaning machinery and train others
Proven leadership in a team workplace
Self-motivated and reliable, able to work unsupervised




The capability and willingness to work as part of a team to achieve a high standard of cleanliness for the facility
Attention to detail at all times
A flexible approach to work and be adaptable in a daily changing environment
Excellent personal presentation and punctuality
Able to pass a National Police Check (or hold a valid check within 12 months of issue)
