Ruah in Perth is seeking a People & Culture Partner to provide broad generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle, partnering with leaders to foster an engaged workforce, high-performing teams, and a positive workplace culture.
This is a 1 FTE permanent role based in our Northbridge office.
You will advise on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, policy implementation, and compliance, building trusted relationships with service areas across the Ruah Group.
