Fawkes and Reece is seeking a Freelance Finishing Manager to support the final stages of a construction project in Lancing.
This hands-on role focuses on delivering high-quality finishes and a smooth handover to the client.
The successful candidate will oversee painting, decorating, flooring, carpentry, and snagging, coordinate subcontractors, conduct snagging inspections, ensure safety standards, and work with the Site and Project Managers to meet deadlines.
