About the Role
This is a rewarding part-time opportunity ************ hours per fortnight) based in Wodonga, providing assessment, counselling, outreach and group facilitation to men who use family and domestic violence, with a strong focus on accountability and the safety of women and children.
This role engages men to increase their readiness to participate in behaviour change programs, delivers one-on-one and group interventions, and provides secondary consultation to the Domestic and Family Violence team.
The role is grounded in an intersectional feminist framework and a robust understanding of the gendered nature of family violence.
This role is classified under the Community Health Centre (Stand Alone Services) Social and Community Service Employees (SACS) Multi Enterprise Agreement **** level 4 or 5 ($***** - $***** + superannuation)
Skills & Experience
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
Tertiary qualifications in Social Work or other related disciplines.
Knowledge and understanding in family domestic violence service and extensive experience in case management.




Ability to provide group facilitation.
Knowledge and/or experience in early intervention and prevention program services.
The ability to work autonomously
