InterContinental Hotels Group's Crowne Plaza Hobart is seeking a skilled full time Chef de Partie to lead a kitchen section, ensure high-quality dish preparation, and support a premium hotel's culinary team in Tasmania's capital.
You will supervise junior staff, manage mise en place and coordinate with F&B; to deliver timely service while upholding HACCP and safety standards.
Based in Hobart, a valid Australian work right is required.
