Kyabram District Health Service (KDHS) is seeking a Community Care Worker to support frail, aged and disabled clients at home and in the community.
You will help maintain independence and quality of life with person-centred care, within a multidisciplinary team.
The role requires a Certificate III/IV in Individual Support or equivalent, current First Aid, and a valid insured vehicle.
Flexible working arrangements and in office parking are offered as part of a supportive rural health service.
