Boral is seeking a Development Engineer to support technical excellence and quality assurance in our R&D; and testing operations.
As a Development Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in advancing high end Concrete testing methodologies and mix designs.
You'll contribute to industry-leading research and development and support customer-facing initiatives.
What you will be doing:
Lead and support high-end concrete testing, including durability and lifespan assessments
Collaborate with internal teams on trial mixes and lab testing methods
Stay ahead of industry trends in testing, includingnon-destructive techniques
Provide technical support to clients and internal stakeholders
Manage one direct report and facilitate knowledge transfer within the lab
What we are looking for:
Knowledge of *****,AS****, AS114, AS**** andtNSWmethods.
Strong background in materials science or materials engineering
Extensive knowledge ofQestLIMS
Experience in concrete mix design, admixtures, grouting, or consultancy
Familiarity with industry standards and testing protocols
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
