Your role
Registry Officers work autonomously and within a team to provide more complex and high-quality administrative services throughout the courts.
These roles will be "hands on" in a fast paced, high pressure yet enjoyable workplace.
Some tasks may include but are not limited to:
Liaising with a wide range of internal and external clients by providing high quality client services, including by responding to client inquiries on routine procedural matters accurately and clearly and in a courteous and timely manner face to face, by phone or in writing, recording action taken and following up where required.
Contributing to the efficient running of the courts.
Preparing files, courts and correspondence for Court and processing court documents (including subpoena material and exhibits) and court outcomes to ensure rules and requirements are met.
