You will oversee daily operations, sales and stock management, reporting to the Site Manager and collaborating with departments to drive growth.
You will develop strategies to improve customer experience, safety, and efficiency while engaging with store leadership and distribution teams.
A passion for DIY/building and customer service is essential.
