The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and experienced
Diploma Qualified Room Leader
to join the team in a
permanent position
, with a 4-day week also considered for the right candidate.




This role is perfect for a Lead Educator who values building strong connections with children and families and enjoys being part of a supportive community-focused team.
As Lead Educator, you will mentor and inspire fellow educators, contribute to meaningful and engaging learning programs, and help create a nurturing environment where children can thrive.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
Hold a
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
(ACECQA approved)
Have strong knowledge of the
EYLF
and
NQS
Availability to work flexible hours
Be an excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment
Build solid and lasting relationships with children and families
You will also need:
Current Working With Children Check
CPR & First Aid certification
Child Protection Training (RRHAN)
Mandatory National Child Safety Training
