The Department of Finance is seeking an Indigenous Liaison Officer to provide specialist cultural advice and support across the employee lifecycle, focusing on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment, wellbeing and cultural safety.
You will lead the development, implementation and delivery of RAP initiatives, work closely with the Indigenous Staff Network, and contribute to strengthening cultural capability and workplace inclusivity.
