AdPha is seeking a Senior Pharmacist – Medication Safety to join Alice Springs Hospital in the Central Australia Region.
This full time, 12-month position leads medication safety initiatives, governance and quality use of medicines across ASH and Tennant Creek Hospital, partnering with senior clinicians and safety teams to improve patient safety.
The successful applicant will drive accreditation readiness, incident reviews and system improvements, with a comprehensive handover and ongoing
