Day‐to‐day responsibilities:
n
n
Lodging and triaging new claims in line with client KPIs
n




Arranging urgent make‐secure repairs when required
n
Maintaining accurate and up‐to‐date job records in our internal systems
n
Assisting all teams in progressing repairs from start to finish
n
Managing incoming phone enquiries and providing updates to clients
n
Coordinating documentation, contractor communication and invoicing
n
n
What we're looking for:

Customer Service experience
n
Confident communicator with strong time management skills
n
Proactive, reliable, and able to juggle multiple priorities
n
Team player who thrives in a busy, outcome‐focused environment
n
Ready to learn and grow within a supportive, high‐performing business

Experience in working in insurance or trade‐related industry is an added advantage
