Based at Melbourne & Olympic Parks, you'll lead logistics operations year-round while shaping the delivery of major events, including the Australian Open.

What You'll Be Doing
n

Lead stores, logistics and loading dock operations across multiple venues
n
Drive end-to-end inventory, warehousing and distribution activities
n
Oversee logistics planning and delivery for major scalable events
n
Manage rostering, recruitment, onboarding and team development
n




Partner with Culinary, Retail and Event teams to ensure seamless event execution
n
Identify process improvements that enhance efficiency, safety and operational performance
n

What You'll Bring

Leadership experience within logistics, warehousing, supply chain or major events
n
Experience leading teams in high-volume, fast-paced operational environments
n
Strong inventory management and stock control expertise
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to solve problems quickly and make decisions under pressure
